Below are the answers to our most frequently asked questions regarding ticketing. Please ensure you read through all of the information below, to see if this resolves your issue.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET? +

Your ticket provides access to the festival from 11am on 30th December 2023 to close at 5pm on 1st January 2024.

Ticket includes: - 3 DAYS / 2 NIGHT Free Camping - BYO Alcohol & Themed/Licenced Bars - Over 30 Bands & Performers - Deck Disco - Comedians - Late Night DJ’s - Art Installations - Morning Yoga - Chill-out Areas - Field Games - Curated Food Trucks - Great People - Beautiful Natural Environment with Incredible Views - and Much More!


WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE ON THE GATE? +

No. The event has sold out well in advance every year, so we advise to prepare and purchase your ticket as early as possible.


DO YOU SELL DAY TICKETS? +

No, all tickets are for the whole event.


DOES MY NAME HAVE TO BE ON MY TICKET? +

Yes.

ALL THAA GROUP EVENTS REQUIRE CORRECT CREDENTIALS ON TICKETS IN ORDER FOR US TO AVOID TICKET FRAUD, COMMUNICATE EVENT INFORMATION IN THE LEAD UP TO THE EVENT, TO RUN A SAFE EVENT BY KNOWING EAXCTLY WHO WE HAVE ON OUR EVENT SITE AND TO MEET ALL COVID SAFE GUIDLINES FOR TRACK-AND-TRACING.

NOTE: NAMES ON VEHICLE PASSES ARE NOT REQUIRED AS LONG AS THE PASS SCANS AS VALID WHEN ENTERING THE CARPARK. IF IT IS NOT VALID YOU WILL BE CHARGED A HIGHER FEE TO ENTER THE CAR PARK.


I PAID FOR A TICKET BUT CAN'T FIND MY CONFIRMATION - WHAT DO I DO? +

You may not have entered the correct email address when purchasing your ticket. Please contact MOSHTIX customer service via [https://tixsupport.moshtix.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new] with your full name and proof of purchase (screenshot of bank statement) so that they can re-issue your ticket to the correct email address.


I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET +

If you can no longer attend and wish to sell your ticket you will need to wait until the event has completely sold out before the official MOSHTIX resale platform will open.

TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH SECOND-HAND WEBSITES (such as VIAGOGO and TICKETMASTER RESALE) WILL NOT BE VALID ON THE DAY

The only way to guarantee a resale ticket is valid is to purchase it through MOSHTIX.


IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY TICKETS I CAN BUY? +

Yes. Early Birds and General release tickets are limited to 10 per person - this is to ensure the fairest access to these earlier releases of lower priced tickets.


DO I NEED TO BUY A CAR PASS? +

Yes, every car wishing to enter the carpark MUST have a valid carpass. Carpasses will be scanned when entering. Should you arrive on-site without a valid car pass as significantly higher fee will be charged to entry the site.

The reason for the carpass is to minimise the number of cars attending the event and to have a positive effect on traffic and the environment (farm). All profits from the car passes will go to Environmental initiatives on the event site and in the local area. For all vehicles arriving with 3 or more peeps the full car pass fee will go to the local environmental initiative.

IMPORTANT: If you are found to be parking on the side of the road with in the vicinity of the event site police will be notified and your car will be towed and impounded.


I DON'T WANT TO GO ANYMORE, CAN I GET A REFUND? +

Under the terms and conditions of sale of our tickets we do not offer refunds for change of mind or circumstances. If you wish to sell your ticket you must only use the official MOSHTIX resale platform. This platform will become available once the event has sold out.


HOW DO I BUY OR SELL AN EXISTING FESTIVAL TICKET? +

If you wish to sell your ticket (or buy a ticket once the event has sold out) you must only use our official MOSHTIX resale platform. This platform will become available once the event has sold out. An administration fee will be charged to facilitate the secure resale facility.


I WANT TO SELL MY (RESALE) TICKET +

If you can no longer attend and wish to sell your ticket you will need to wait until the event has completely sold out before the official MOSHTIX resale platform will open.

COVID Safe T&Cs +

TICKETS

If the Event is otherwise taking place but you are prevented from attending the Event solely and directly because of a federal or state government law, regulation, health order or other restriction related to COVID-19 (including, for example, border closures, stay at home or lockdown restrictions and/or quarantine or isolation restrictions) (Individual Refund Criteria), you can submit a request for a refund via Moshtix and we will consider any such request in our sole discretion provided that you provide written or documentary evidence demonstrating your Individual Refund Criteria.

ENTRY TO THE EVENT

3.1 By entering the Event, you warrant that: (a) to the best of your knowledge, you do not have the novel coronavirus, COVID-19 (COVID-19); (b) you are not waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test;
(c) you are not subject to any quarantine, isolation or other restrictions related to COVID-19; and (d) you are not experiencing any of the symptoms recognised as symptoms of COVID-19 (Potential COVID-19 Symptoms), including without limitation: • fever • chills or sweats • cough • sore throat • shortness of breath • runny nose • loss or change in sense of smell or taste • headache or fatigue • muscle or joint pains For current information on COVID-19 and symptoms please visit: https://www.health.gov.au/health-alerts/covid-19/symptoms-and-variants If you cannot make the warranties above, you must not attend the Event. You acknowledge and agree that if you become aware of any of the circumstances above during the Event, you will immediately notify Event Staff and you may be evicted from the Event.

3.2 You acknowledge and agree that Event Staff may refuse entry to the Event or evict you from the Event if they reasonably determine that any of the circumstances set out under clause 3.1 above apply to you.

3.3 You acknowledge and agree that you may be required to comply with certain vaccination requirements as in place at the time of the Event. If you are unable to comply with any mandatory or recommended government vaccination requirements in place for the Event, you will not be entitled to a refund or other remedy regardless of whether or not such requirements were in place at the time of purchase of the Event Ticket provided that THAA provides notice to you as soon as reasonably practicable regarding any such vaccination requirements.

3.4 You acknowledge and agree that THAA may implement further lawful entry requirements, related to COVID-19, including without limitation face mask requirements including for the purposes of (i) complying with any government law, restriction, rule or recommendation, (ii) ensuring compliance with any government approved plan, (iii) complying with THAA’s insurance provider requirements or requests or as reasonably determined by THAA for the protection of Event Staff and Patrons and that failure to comply with these requirements may prevent you from entering the Event and provided such requirements are reasonably necessary or desirable for the safety of the Event, Patrons and Event Staff and are otherwise lawful, unless otherwise required by law, you shall not be entitled to a refund regardless of whether or not such requirements were in place at the time of Event Ticket purchase. THAA will provide notice to you as soon as reasonably practicable regarding any such additional entry requirements. THAA may authorise third parties to implement any such further entry requirements and you acknowledge that such third parties may have their own terms and conditions in respect of engaging with their services.

COVID-19 Event Conditions

3.5 You agree that in travel to the Event, during the Event and exiting the Event, you will comply with any law, government regulation, restriction or health order related to COVID-19. 3.6 You agree to follow all other rules or restrictions notified by THAA at or during the Event, written instructions, signage and directions of Event Staff in relation to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (including in relation to contact tracing). 3.7 If at any time during the Event, you experience any Potential COVID-19 Symptoms, Event Staff must be informed, and you must follow any reasonable directions given by Event Staff. You acknowledge and agree that you may be removed from the Event.
